When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

The unit was a little slower than I expected. It took a while to get up and running. Perhaps I should have had the Staples tech get it ready. It is for my daughter who is also my accounts/accounts payable person. Neither of us had started from scratch before.

HP monopoly
Before buying HP printer ink set for jet pro I have half of level of all ink cartridges except BLACK. once I purchased XL Black in cartridge and inserted. All of other colors say DEPLETED. I DO BELIEVE HP programs inaccurate messaging through their small chips in the cartridges. So now I have to throw away all other colors. Will be changing printer to a different brand...

Best for my HP printer
I always use genuine HP ink cartridges in my HP printer. Although they cost more I've never had a problem with them. They also seem to be long-lasting.
