When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Ink Cartridge purchase
Easy peezy!! Knew where to find it. Clerk checked me out fine but there were problems with the cartridges I returned [Had used bonus points to pay partially for the wrong cartridges I had purchased earlier but the clerk didn't know how to give me my points back to use on the new set of correct ones].

Ink Cartridge Works
After trying 2 high yield cartridges that did not work I tried a standard yield that did work. HP ink is now so very expensive; the only good thing is Staples has begun giving 30%-50% back in rewards points which helps when buying replacement cartridges.

The Price is Ridiculous!!!

Why too expensive
Last time I purchased this (1 year ago) it was $115. Now it's more expensive than a new printer. Time to give up on HP!

The black ink cartridge I purchased is just fine. The only thing I have bad to say is that inflation is driving me crazy! This is not Staples' fault! It is the current administration of the country! I remember when these ink cartridges were like $60-$65 each! Hoping when the economy comes around with new administration that prices all around will come down or wage...

Expensive
They work, but HP’s printer (unwantedly in my opinion) uses colour cartridges when printing black and white, exhausting the colour cartridges. Then the printer refuses to print black until the colour cartridges are replaced. Very expensive.

Never even received!
I have canceled this order AND the replacement order as neither were ever received. The delivery service Staples uses is not trustworthy and every single day I STILL get an email that says my shipment has been delayed a day.
