I understand that this may not be Staple's responsibility but this purchase seemed much too expensive. There were a number of empty tools which caused me to conclude there may have been more options available for this numbered cartridge that were not available.

Ink is fine
I have never had an issue with the HP cartridges and I like the fact that they send a return bag for recycling. A quicker shipping procedure would result in a 5 star rating

Confident I won’t have issues with genuine HP
Some things are worth saving a buck and accepting a bit less quality, but having tried no-name brands and dealing with compatibility issues, I just stick with the genuine products.

HP print ink is the only way to go with HP printers. This ink cartridge fits perfect and the printer interacts as expected with the new ink. Th XL cartridges do last much longer but I always pick up the black in XL.
