I installed it and I figured my copier was broke. Then I realized the ink cartridge I believe not positive is dried up. It did not have the yellow tape and it did not have it wrapped up in the cellophane envelope. I will be returning it. I hope everything is OK.

HP Original ink cartridges are the best!
I would never buy anything but the original cartridges they either never work properly or never last. Staples had the best price and communicated through the whole order and delivery process.
