Too expensive
Way too expensive a gallon of paint cost twice as little. I know cartilages cost more let’s say 10.00 apiece that’s 30.00 ….over 50.00 for ink? Shame on you!!!!

Cartridges were empty out of box.
They were empty with no ink.

HP INK IS THE RIGHT CHOSE
I NEVER HAVE HAD A PROBLEM USING HP INK BUT WITH OTHER BRANDS I HAVE HAD. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM USING THE XL SIZE. I WILL HAVE TO SEE.

Exceptional Customer Service

Pricey printer cartridges.
The fresh cartridges allow my printer to fully perform again. But the price around $130 is too much in my opinion.

Excellent servicse
I have not installed the new cartridge yet because the message on the printer stated that the one presently in the printer is low and so I just wanted a new one on hand and ready whenever the other one ran out.

Standard quality product
Product is great. Works like it's suppose to. Delivery driver left package in the rain instead of putting it on the porch. Totally destroyed the outer box as well as the package the ink came in.

The ink cartridges are long lasting. I don't have to buy cartridges as often which is convience.
