When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Product great Shipping not
The product was priced right and contents as expected. I ordered from Staples because they advertised next day delivery. Instead it took 4 days. Didn't want ink to freeze outside so I wasted that time looking for the delivery. Won't order online again.

Price has increased over $20 since the last time I bought the printer ink at your store. The hp site was cheaper. I know prices have increased and can accept that but there is a limit.
