When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Ink cartridges for HP printer
I use this product in my printer which is used for our family owned and operated HVAC business as well as personal use. The cartridges are easy to install with no mess to clean up and the cost to print is very reasonable. I certainly will continue to use this product and recommend it to mu friends and business associates.

HP 951XL Cyan High Yield Original Ink Cartridge And HP 410A colors
The required purchase of XL versus regular not being available in store is disturbing. I don’t use that printer often and cartridges dry out before they are used up. Conversely I use HP 410A colors in laser jet and they never last the proported number of sheets.

Rip Off
Not a grip about Staples but against the printer companies when it is cheaper to buy a new printer than refills for the ink. we should be trying to cut down on waste in this country. instead of promoting waste by discarding printers just to replace ink.

Black ink + returned empties.
This ink is fine. On that shopping trip I also turned in 6 old ink cartridges. I was told that I would receive coupons for them. I have not yet received anything. How does this work?

Prices
The cartridge works fine. Staples prices are outrageously high. I didn't have time to go to Costco to get the replacement cartridges.

Yellow cartridge not recognized as genuine HP
The yellow ink cartridge was not recognized as a genuine HP cartridge and it took 20 minutes of removing and reinserting and turning printer off and on before it asked me if i wanted to use it anyway. It seems to be working now.
