When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

I do not do much printing & I have been advised that I am low on several colors!

The ink performs great, have no problem with that. However, I think it’s overpriced. Some people have purchased the generic version with good results. I prefer original.

High cost
I would give 5 stars to the ink itself. I've been using it for several years and love the quality and durability. My only complaint is the price but I don't see the price getting lower anytime in the future.

The color Cartrige mos often than not is very shallow in color and not bright like it should be. I am not satisfy at all with the quality.
By the most part Stappled store employees are not very knowledgeable about their products

HP Ink Always the Best
I always use HP ink in my printer. Never any problems with cartridges or printer. It has served me well for several years!

Very good ink, pricey though
Love this ink, the price is ridiculous. Plan on looking into HP monthly program for ink.

good tech, too expensive
Small business, home creatives, et al - beware HP’s low priced printers with stunningly expensive cartridges. Guess it’s up to us to do our homework. Can’t blame Staples where the service is fine and they are kind in the face of expressions of sticker shock. Over a hundred bucks for the set of 4 cartridges for HP 8600!!!
