Too expensive
Way too expensive a gallon of paint cost twice as little. I know cartilages cost more let’s say 10.00 apiece that’s 30.00 ….over 50.00 for ink? Shame on you!!!!

Great ink better personnel
The gentleman who helped me find the right products could NOT have been more helpful or better informed- he juggled several questions (and customers) deftly and with a keen sense of humor. He made a stressful errand pleasant. Clone him promote him have him train other staff !!! The gentleman at checkout was great also.

HP 8600 ink problem
I purchased the HP950XL at Staples and my printer will not work. One of the messages was that the cartridge was used. The printer keeps saying there is an ink problem. If I put the old cartridge in the printer it appears to work but there is no ink in the old crtridge.

Hi Bernell Wow I understand how this situation is frustrating for you. The first course of action is to ensure the cartridge is authentic. All cartridges from supplies should be genuine HP ink. Here is the site www.hp.com/anticounterfeit/. Commonly the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge because of a recent software update to the printer. Outrageous Price for INK
The service at Staples was very good. The pricing on the HP ink jet cartridges was absolutely a complete rip off! This should be investigated and boycotted by everyone. Total price gauging! GALSR
