Standard quality product
Product is great. Works like it's suppose to. Delivery driver left package in the rain instead of putting it on the porch. Totally destroyed the outer box as well as the package the ink came in.

Inflated prices
The ink is reliable but the cost is inflated. As noted years ago, HP (Lenova) makes its money on ink and gives no specials for customers. With the inovations of other printer companies, I will be closely looking to switch brands.

management could of been more helpful.
Called to ask if they could open another package of the ink replacement as the one i purchased had all the tape off the cartridge. i have never seen this before and wanted to know if this was a issue with all in the store. I was told I had to bring the cartridge i purchased first ?

Works like it should
Using HP ink in a HP printer is best to assure that your printer functions properly. However the ink is too expensive!!!!
