Luckily it arrived
OE quality and performance. Works well. Luckily it arrived. Was shipped with 3 reams of paper loose in a box with no packing to keep anything in place. Side of the box split open on one end. Fortunately both ink cartridges stayed in the box and were not damaged.

Had problems with magenta cartridge in 4 pack
I replaced the magenta ink in my printer and the printer wouldn’t recognize the cartridge as new I called quill customer service they were able to replace the faulty magenta cartridge and I was back in business Thanks Quill

IF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BETTER I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A HIGHER RATING BUT MY ITEMS GET DELIVERED AT DIFFERENT PLACES WHERE THEY SHOULD BE AND IT IS INCONVENIENT TO GET THEM. AN ONGOING PROBLEM. Cartridges for HP 8610 Printer

I actually ordered a ream of paper & the ink the shipping box was trashed the ream of paper was ripped open not to many pages damaged just some corners the box the ink was in looked like someone stepped on it. The products are fine the shipping leaves a lot to be desired.
