Ink replacement brought and ran out two days
I paid 129.00 dollars for the ink and when I put it in one day and the next day it stayed it was out of ink all three of them. I don’t think it was used ink put in the package! What do you do resolve this issue! ?

Hello there,
Never give away ink! There are so many troubleshooting options. If a printer immediately rejects a cartridge, check to see if the serial number is compatible with the printer. Then, try to reset the printer. Take the cartridge out and reinsert it. Lastly, revoke any recent firmware updates to the printer.

If a printer doesn't recognize cartridges, there is a likely culprit. No need to give ink away, as ink is a valuable resource. I apologize you weren't happy with the product. What happened here is a software update occurred. Any cartridges previously bought are no longer recognized. A simple fix is to remove the most recent update. Reach out to HP if that doesn't remove the problem.
