Too expensive
Way too expensive a gallon of paint cost twice as little. I know cartilages cost more let’s say 10.00 apiece that’s 30.00 ….over 50.00 for ink? Shame on you!!!!

Cartridge arrived empty
I ordered two cartridges in different colors and they were both empty. That should never happen. Awful quality control!

Hi Lee I agree that empty cartridges should not reach consumers. Are you sure they were empty? Two different empty cartridges would be very unusual. Checking the ink levels can validate the cartridges are empty. I can imagine discovering you are out of ink when you need it is not a great feeling.
