love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

Just wish it wasn’t so expensive! I tried a knock off and my printer wouldn’t accept it, so I ended up paying for the real thing. HP kind of has you by the nose with these cartridges. I appreciated the free shipping from Staples as I ordered it in store.

The Cartridge system is ridiculous
You should be able to print a Black copy if your Black cartridge has ink in it, regardless of Yellow or Cian. Ridiculous, but so is this Questionnaire.
