Too expensive
Way too expensive a gallon of paint cost twice as little. I know cartilages cost more let’s say 10.00 apiece that’s 30.00 ….over 50.00 for ink? Shame on you!!!!

Knowledgable Staff-Friendly and Helpful
As not computer literate always have the dumbest questions on how to use things like memory sticks etc- and the staff always explains in layman's terms how to do things and that is so helpful.

Supply Shortage
I went to two (Stamford/Riverside CT) locations looking for the 950/951 XL cartridge…neither location had the product. I had to purchase all the ink cartridges separately. Very frustrating.

Too expensive!

Bloody expensive
HP has put obscene prices on their ink. I will be moving to a different brand once my Hp printer piops out

Great service
The Libertyville location was well staffed and everyone was friendly and helpful. The cost of ink is insane. The cartridges never last as long as they claim. It’s also aggravating that if one of my color cartridges is empty I cannot print or make a copy using only black ink. I know this is not Staples’ issue but I wish the companies would make something better.
