When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

No refund for shipping.
Ordered to be shipped to home. Live at a rural address with PO box and find out after over a week that the shipper doesn't ship to PO boxes. Cartridge cost was refunded but shipping cost was not. I will never shop at Staples again.

Recycle policy
You have to plan your recycle cartridges. Staples policy is you turn in. Cartridges you wait for a month then you have one month to use the refund. If you do not plan ahead you loose the refund for the cartridges. Bad plan for family use of cartridges that do not use enough cartridges.

Inflated ink prices
The price of H-P ink is totally out of control! The business model of selling printers for cheap and ink for ridiculous prices is simply corporate greed run wild! When it's new printer time it'll be something other than H-P... Period.

My printer ran out of black ink I went to Staples to purchase a cartridge came home installed the cartridge and printer still did not work. I needed to replace the other cartridges. Now my printer works like a champ. Thank you so much.
