inkjet Technology Still Excellent
Our park office prints a large quantity of hard copy forms, letters, calendars, manuals and invoices. We have used the same HP Office Jet Pro 8620 Inkjet printer for many years and have always used original HP inks and we've never had a problem. It produces consistently high quality text and images. It has to look professional.

Wish it lasted a little longer
I wouldn't characterize us as a high yield printing office and somehow we run out of this very quickly. The price of course has gone up due to inflation I'm sure but I just wish it lasted a little longer.

Displeased with service
While I share concern about the cost of ink, I would like to make a comment as to not being able to use my printer unless I have instant ink connection. I do not like threats or being held hostage for not purchasing ink online.

I use only HP’s ink cartridges because they last the longest and look the best. I usually get the double pack in black, but I didn’t see that it was available this time.

Received Ink Cartridges expiring in 1 month!
Order received in May 2022, but the cartridges expire in June 2022. Now I have two 950xl cartridges that will be expired before I even put them in my printer! HP should not be shipping soon-to-expire ink cartridges! I usually give 5 stars but for this soon to be expired product I rated it 1 star.

There was some shipping error in sending you cartridges one month from expiring. It's a shame this situation happened. Normally, our cartridges are at least six months from the expiration date.
