I can't get the liner to peel off and how do you know which one's the hook and which ones the loop has since doesn't give any kind of detail about that

I have tried using it but it is not help I think there is a better one withe better grip

Walking Boot Repair Achilles tendon rupture
Worked perfect for replacement of failing Velcro tabs. After 7 weeks the original tabs lost their adhesive backing. Cut three tabs same size have stuck & held!

It works
Excellent item holds perfect even when wet. I used it to hold a windex pad on a pole to clean my windows while constantly spraying it with water. Quality item great value
