After opening the product and inserting into the printer the printer told me the cartage was empty. and that I had to install a new cartridge. Thanks fro nothing. Also it is more expensive to buy the same product at your on line site than at yu9r local store.

Don't buy HP printer
The color cartridges run out almost instantly. HP printer will not print just black ink. Never again buy HP printer.

Cartridges Running Dry Simultaneously
I am annoyed that all three color ink cartridges ran dry on the same day. How is that possible? Most of my printing is black and white. Feels like planned obsolescence. Not Staples problem per se but you appear complicit.

I really am generally pleased with HP products. I do feel however ... they need to find a more reasonable alternative to their high priced ink cartridges.

Not so good
Seems like these ink color cartridges aren't lasting as long as they used to. Previously I was running copies of a lot more colored print, but now I'm replacing these more often, and I'm coping less. So I am disappointed.

HP933 3pack cartridges
Great idea! too bad the printer isn’t programed properly so that it displays ALL the cartridges either too low or out of ink AT the same time ! I had to go back to the store to get the 3 pack after purchasing only the black ink! too bad there isn’t a special deal for both packs being purchased together?
