Overpriced
The ink is easy to install and makes a great print but Is too expensive. I now use HP Instant Ink. Love their program and customer service.I have save a ton of money on ink since signing up.

Works right because it fits right.
I always buy the XL because it is a great bargain. Installation is quick and simple.
My printer gives me plenty of lead time to buy my ink which I like, and HP's normal shipping is plenty fast.

Fits right because it is right.

My printer is HP so I always use HP inks. I like the fact that I only have to replace the ink cartridge(s) that is needed.

After 25+ years of using and being dedicated to HP printers, I am thinking of switching to Epson. Not because your products aren't good, but because they are needlessly expensive to operate. Dries up way too soon
I used my previous ink jet about 10 times and then went to Florida for five months. On return it was dried up and I had to replace all three colors. Rip off though it works fine when it works
