"Counterfeit" cartridge messages???
The ink cartridge arrived in a box and plastic housing identical to the old one. HOWEVER when I installed the cartridge I got several error messages indicating that the cartridge was a counterfeit cartridge. I have printed several documents and have had no problems. I realized I failed to notice the ink cartridge numberer replacement for my new HP 6001 printer. The associate looked up the ink for HP6001 printer and sold me these. I now know 932XL/ 933 is completely wrong!! I should have number 68 cartridges. will be bringing these back

Tired of after market refillable ink/generic inks not working

Cartridge didn't work properly in my printer.
My printer doesn't print the two colors of the magenta and cyan cartridges that I just replaced. The printer made prints correctly before I had to replace the cartridges.
