I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

The picture seem very clear and very bright better than last time and seems to last longer.. for the money it is a very good deal . and it was on sale cheaper to buy two rather than the big one. all in all it was very bright and very clear

THE XL CARTRIDGES DON'T LAST LONG
The HP Officejet 6700 will not operate unless all of the color and black cartridges have ink. It doesn't have an override to print with black only , so you have to have spare color on hand just to print B&W copies. Staples Helps
The HP ink jet printers are wonderfully affordable superior products except for the ink cartridge replacement costs which are exorbitant. Staples does help to bring the costs down a little with the empty return rewards. Otherwise, using the HP 933XL also does a lot to help bring down the cost versus the HP 933 Yellow Ink Cartridge. I like the extra ink supply
I prefer to use the 933xl in the 3 pack, but since Staples do not stock that item. I will have to get the ink some place else that does stock that item. What else can I say other that I am disappointed that Staples does not stock this item.

I send a lot of flyers and Newsletters and try to have them look professional, colorful so they catch the eye of reader. I am a volunteer and am secretary for several organizations. The flyers are used to announce meetings, luncheons, dinners and events. The readers are then asked to respond with their reservations.

Printer can work in black-only mode.
I found out that the HP printer worked in black mode with one color cartridge empty. It continued to work when a second catridge went dry. However, when the third went dry..the printer would no longer print. Lesson learned is that you should purchace the XL cartridges when the printer is purchased, or soon thereafter. Print quality is excellent.

It was so easy to replace my ink cartrid
Beside being easy to install the ink cartridge I also like the fact that Staples store is very close to where I live. The employees are great in helping me to find the cartridges that I need.

ink and the hp printer
I think the newer hp printers use much more ink than the older models and the cartridges hold less. I really have trouble with poor performance but it seems to be very widespread and usa is no longer in the forefront so an alternative was developed...use ink and keep those profits up.
