Useless, don’t waste your money!
Wish I could give Zero stars! I have used Mead Five Star notebooks for MANY years, and that was what I went in to buy. Unfortunately for me, the store only had the Staples version of it. After using for a few days, the inside pocket tore; I hadn’t realized that it wasn’t reinforced like Mead. So this is rendered useless, as it will not withstand the next several months ...

Noteworthy
For those of us who still use a notebook, this one is indeed noteworthy. It fits in my handbag; it has pockets to store receipts; and it allows me to keep my notes and lists. I buy a new one every year.

It works for my purpose,I am getting used to it, I had my old one for years and this one a a little different. I can record my purchases and there is a pocket for the receipts.

5”x7” notebook.
As a Diabetic, I use this notebook to record my glucose numbers, to track my food intake, my exercise time, plus many other aspects. the Drs want to know. The size fits well in all my pocketbooks and the 2 inside pockets hold DR. and medication info and other vital info.
