confusing
#11 print head and #11 cartridge have the same number causing me to order the wrong product in 2 of 4 items. Now I have to pay to send back and reorder. very disappointed that these items were not more deeply described. I also had a difficult time finding the correct items even after I entered my plotter model

Fixed my plotter

this product works as needed for the plotter
print heads work as they should. i placed them in the plotter and they calibrated correctly. i had purchased refilled generic ones that would not work at all. these are definitely worth the price. i purchased and replaced all the colors at the same time.

Poor
The product was defective. It had a 2013 date stamped on it, and when it was loaded into the printer, it only printed one page successfully. It then did not work any further. I ordered another new printhead from a different store and it now works fine. The date on my new printhead was stamped with 2014. I don't know, if they expire, but the one I ordered from your store...
