Fast service. Great customer service at store.
Everyone at the Staples was wonderful. It was fast shipping. The only thing was that you sent a huge box for a small item. I would look into saving boxes and sending such a small item maybe in a small padded envelope.

I needed this specific size battery and went to five different stores to try to find it in person. It wasn’t available except online. I purchased it through Staples and it was very easy to order and pick up in person. I will definitely use Staples online services again in the future.
