I tried to buy these batteries at every store that carried batteries. When I was in your store I saw that you had some. When I looked you did not stock them. An employee was most helpful in going online and finding them and ordered them while I was there. I got them the next day. Thanks so much.

2430 3v lithium battery
Delivery was as promised but the battery plastic packaging was tough to open and may be why only one of two batteries I ordered, worked.

Fast service. Great customer service at store.
Everyone at the Staples was wonderful. It was fast shipping. The only thing was that you sent a huge box for a small item. I would look into saving boxes and sending such a small item maybe in a small padded envelope.

I needed this specific size battery and went to five different stores to try to find it in person. It wasn’t available except online. I purchased it through Staples and it was very easy to order and pick up in person. I will definitely use Staples online services again in the future.
