Love my Sharp EL-1197PIII
I have used one for many years. Now I work part time and the office just moved to a different place where I have my own desk. Bought the new one for at home and took the old one to the office. I just don't like the little hand calculators, and am happy to have the same one to use at both places.

Sharp EL-1197PIII 12-digit desktop calculator
Ordered this same calculator on 8/31/2024 no problem. This calculator has a detachable power cord, but the cord has slits in it as if it is cut. Not the same cord as previous calculator purchased. Cord is much thicker and not detachable. See attached pictures.

Soft numbers, fast, does a lot!
I've always liked sharp calcs. I needed a new one and this was a different model than I had but it still a great unit. Numbers soft to touch, fast, 2 colors. Great overall unit for any small business.

Sharp desktop calculator
Had the same model for about 24 years and would still be using it if my cats had not decided to trash it. It worked quite well for all of my needs and this one as a replacement feels as if it too will fulfill my requirements and hopefully last as long. Appears well made display large and bright keys have appropriate resistance fir good feel

Sharp EL 1197PIII
This is a replacement for basically the same model I have been using for over 20 years. The buttons size and spacing perfect. The display is easy to read and well lit. It does not take alot of desktop space.

My favorite calculator!
I've worked for this company for over 15 years now. I do accounting, so I use my calculator a LOT, every day. The calculator I had finally wore out, so I needed to order a new one. Sharp Calculator
I love my Sharp Calculator. It's the only type I use and I am an accountant. I used to use Casio but they weren't right for me. Once I switched to Sharp I haven't gone back to any other type of calculator.

Sharp calulator EL-1197P III 12 Digit
I have been using this product over 20 years. The key lay out and the features is excellent. The print out is fast, compare to Canon calculator. Sharp calculator way better. I recommend to buy this product.

A very large machine
The calculator works and does more than I ever need. It has large keys large display and large print. Bright display numbers. I have no problem using it . I am an older gentleman. Check the size , see if you like it.

Solid, keys are quiet! When printing roll moves smooth and no noise.

Sharp is Super Sharp
My last one (same Sharp) lasted 15 years of accounting. Wonderful performance. So glad this is still available so I don't have to learn a new hand pattern!

Total key is on left side of number pad
I had to get used to the total key (*) being on the left after 20 years of using one that is to the right of the number pad. Other than that, I think the machine works fine.

Easy to use adding machine
