Not a fan...
I make a lot of packets that use dividers - This product is not the best I have seen. Thin and not very professional looking.

These are average tab dividers. They serve the purpose as long as the titles for the tabs are not too long.

Easy to use product
This product works great for our company's use. I separate my quarterly payroll reports and my worker's comp reports using these tabs. Our auditors really like the ease of retrieving information because of these tabs.
