I have kept my day to day records for taxes in it!
It is very useful at tax time when I can quickly summarize every expense at one time from one record book--and it is nice and well made and I keep it around for 10-20 years--

Don't jusge a journal book by its cover
We use these journals to keep track of just about everything in the office and plant. They are great. A little on the high price side but they last for years and have quite a few pages in them!
