Horrible, how do you call this tape?
This is the worst tape I've ever used in my life. You would think that the biggest brand of tape would have figured it out. Duck packing tape is 10 million times better.

So much easier than a tape gun. Very easy to use.
Love the holder. Much easier to use rather than using a tape gun. Works great for taping up broken down boxes and hanging things. Easy to hold and strong. Decent amount of tape included in the spool - 55 yards

Sticky Tough
I like that this tape is thick as that makes it easier to handle. It is also easy to cut off the roll with the blade on the package. It stuck very well to the package I sealed with it. I rank it 5 stars!

Heavy duty packaging tape with dispenser
I received the scotch heavy duty shipping tape as a free sample from 3m. I love that I only need 1 strip of tape to seal my packages. I feel safe using only 1 strip because it is heavy duty. Other tapes I have used before needed a few strips to seal the package. The heavy duty tape handles any packing job with ease.

A great heavy duty tape
We areshipping things all the time. My husband and I used this just recently and we like that it sticks well and stays put. It's easy to use and it seems to tear from the edge nice and clean. I've always liked Scotch brand because it is good quality and this is no different. It's a nice heavy duty and crystal clear packing tape.

Great tape!
I recently had to ship a box and this tape was great. It rolled effortlessly off the roll and it was easy to cut with the attached blade. The tape itself is of very great quality and seems very sturdy.

Love It - Heavy Duty Shipping Tape
The 3M Heavy Duty Shipping Tape is easy to use. The tape is thicker that other shipping tape, which is thicker than other shipping tape helps it not roll and stick to itself. The tape has a strong stick to packaging allowing it stick well and hold the packaging together. The dispenser is small and easy to handle, the cutting tool works well.

Secure and well made.
I received this as a free sample to test. Holds very secure. Water does not penetrate thru tape. I used when packing my antique china. My only complaint is that the tape adheres to the dispenser and is a little difficult to loosen the tape so you can pull it forward.

good tape ... wrong dispenser
I love the tape itself. It is strong and is easy to place and seal on any package. It took several minutes and a good pair of readers to get the tape started off the roll. Highly recommend for multiple uses
I depend upon this product heavily. Great for shipping boxes, covering paper like a lamination, arts & crafts and a tons of other uses (like taping cords to the wall, if your cat is a cord chewer; or covering up ripped up carpet [thanks, cat!] so you can go over the area with a vacuum without snagging carpet). Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape
This packing tape was right on time...I used it to assist me in taping up some boxes for storage, it is heavy duty for boxes to hold some weigh. The tape holder was very easy to dispense tape for usage.

Good multipurpose tape
I used this Heavy Duty tape to tape up some boxes while helping someone move. It feels like good quality tape, so I felt confident that I wouldn't need to use a lot of it to make a good seal. Perfection in a sticky tape

Reliable Packaging Tape
I needed tape to close the package and to attach the shipping label. This heavy duty packaging tape works really well. It is easy to use and very strong. Great hold, not so great dispensing
This heavy duty shipping tape is indeed heavy duty and stays put well on packages. It wasn’t the easiest roll to get started, not was it easy to dispense once set up, though. GOOD, STRONG, AND STAYS “STUCK”
This is the one packaging tape I can rely on. It stays “stuck”. I was provided a free sample of this product in return for my honest opinion, but previously it was the brand of taor I normally sought out when purchasing packing tape.

Good once you figure it out
Maybe I'm dense but I have a hard time getting the tape set up on the dispenser/tape breaker. I don't use packing tape frequently enough to remember how to start a new roll. Once I finally manage though, it works just fine. Used it to repair dried up tape on some old cardboard boxes used for storage and it worked well. Strong, Durable, and easy To Apply
I used this tape for shipping packages. I like that it is easy to apply, strong, and stays stuck. The applicator makes it easy to apply it exactly where I want It and then easily cut it at the end. I found that the tape is extremely strong, and I like that once I put in place, it stays stuck.

Did not disappoint!
I received this product that was sent to me by 3m, and while I did not use if for packing.. i used it on mother's day for my balloon garland * i normally use crazy glue to add smaller balloons* . Very strong tape
I am actually sending out packages to out of state family and this came at the best time. I used this to v cx Lise the packages and I didn’t need to double tape like I have had to do with other brands.

Love this tape and dispenser
