Staples sent used cartridge
I ordered a single Epson T048 light cyan cartridge and delivery was next day. That was great, but the problem was that the cartridge not only had been opened (Epson packaging ripped open), but the cartridge was USED: the seal on the cartridge was removed, and ink had obviously been used up. Staples stores no longer carry single ink cartridges. The young man at the store directed and assisted me at the kiosk so I could order it online. Though it said within a day or two it would be delivered there was a delay but I was called of the issue and it did arrive. The cartridge is just what was expected and prints my pictures very well.
