Helped my headaches
Five days in a row without headaches! This pillow has helped me not grind my teeth in my sleep. It holds my head so that my chin is farther away from my chest, it is just harder for me to grind my teeth if my head is in that position. So no headaches for me.

Too Firm and Hard
I was looking for a regular polyurethane foam cervical pillow for chronic neck pain. They are very difficult to find. Most cervical pillows are made of memory foam and they are too hard. Though this pillow was not as hard, it was still too hard. This MAY work for someone who is heavier, with a stockier neck who requires neck support.

Fell apart the first time it was washed.
We had great hopes. It completely split into 2 halves when I washed it. My husband didn't get to use it one time.
