Black marks
I think it must be my printer but after I put the toner cartridge in the printer it is making two dark black stripes on the back of every copy.

HP there is no other
I have been purchasing this product for a few years and there has been instances that I been wanting to save and go with the generic brand but I feel that these cartridges are longer lasting and if I used something else other than the brand then I would see problems with the equipment but and or the quality of the documents we print. Love this HP toner cartridge!!
This cartridge is super easy to load and they've also made it very convenient to repackage the used cartridge to send off for recycling.

Love this HP toner cartridge!!
This cartridge is super easy to load and they've also made it very convenient to repackage the used cartridge to send off for recycling.

Un decided
Use for both personal and business. cartridge was defective in color placement after 2 00 copies of 60% color. found this with the other cartridges as well. Staples replaced them with no hassel ( GREAT). The cartridges are VERY pricey Buy two and you can get a new printer...even if you buy one.but I would continue to buy them.

Our HP 4700n is a solid reliable network printer and its performance has been exemplary. These cartridges are very expensive however and do not seem to last all that long.
