MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

good ink
Use it to print coupons. Never have an issue with the barcodes not scanning. Works well for my purposes.

Printer should be free for cost of ink
The ink cartridges are very expensive. They should give the printers away for FREE considering how much it costs to buy the ink.

Printer now rejecting re-mfg cartridges
was using less expensive re-mfg cartridge but printer began rejecting it saying "Remove" had used the same re-mfg for more than year and had no problems. Not sure if company has any imput on rejecting less expensive re-mfg cartridges and forcing to use the brand name.

Works like it should
It creates great prints and pictures and seems to use all the ink before replacement

does not last
thats why the printers are cheap they mmak a fortune on ink Does not last long Do not print very much yet ink is always running out.
