Good quality HP tri-color ink cartridge
I went to a Staples Store and the cashier, a very nice guy helped me order the ink cartridge online. The order arrived the next day and it was well packed. I installed the tri-color ink cartridge in my printer and it worked well.

Not really satisfied.
Why must cartridge be replaced when only (1) color is out of ink?

Now only comes in single pack
When the ink wall at Staples was rearranged by HP the double pack of 94 was eliminated. This was several dollars less expensive than the single packs.

However the printing I use it for is limited due to the fact that HP didn't update drivers from Win 95 and I can only print letter-sized documents. Good product
The cartridge is fine but the person I checked out with was not good. Did not thank me and walked away to do something else without handing me my bag. Terrible customer service! Don't know if I will be back. This is the second time I've dealt with bad customer service at this store. Yuck!
