Great product, right price, long expiration date
I purchased 3 HP 95 cartridges directly from HP. The price was the same as at popular retailers, shipping was free, and the expiration date is longer than what one normally finds at retailers, which means the product is fresher.

printer won't print
The printer did print a test sheet, but now won't print my documents.
The message reads that the door is open, but I can
't find an open door. I'm at this location temporariy so
have borrowed this printer.

Good as always.
I've never had any problems with my HP ink. I usually by the twin packs 98/95 but i guess i did more printing this time than color.

It worked wonderfully! Previously I'd had a cartridge refilled and it worked great. After having the cartridge refilled a second time, my printer would not acknowledge it as a valid cartridge. Was so thankful when I found exactly what I needed at Staples - thank you!

Haven't used it yet, but the HP ink cartridges I've bought in the past from Staples have always given positive service, which matters, since I'm often working overseas without access to other replacements. Keep up the good work!

I bought this on-line and now have it exactly when the website said I would receive it. I saw the on-line email saying toner was for sale, and I missed the earlier email the week before saying printer ink was on sale. Some of us call all printer ink "toner," so that was a new thing to learn.

Great quality
I have purchased this from HP directly the last few times for my HP Deskjet D4160. The service is always prompt which I appreciate a lot because I never seem to know when I'm about to run out.
