Good quality HP tri-color ink cartridge
I went to a Staples Store and the cashier, a very nice guy helped me order the ink cartridge online. The order arrived the next day and it was well packed. I installed the tri-color ink cartridge in my printer and it worked well.

Excellent product!
HP inks never let me down page count is always just about spot on colors are matched very well with my designs it never clogs or "spits" - I have two HP printers and I am a loyal customer for a good reason: they work every time.

Excellent product!
HP inks never let me down, page count is always just about spot on, colors are matched very well with my designs, it never clogs or "spits" - I have two HP printers, and I am a loyal customer for a good reason: they work, every time.

1ST TIME DISAPPOINTED . . .
Product is fine but this is the 1st time ever I tried to purchase a twin pack and was told "Sold Out" and that was that . . . Are you kidding ? HP97 is quite popular and hard to believe it was not on backorder . . . I ordered the single cartridge for now but assume all will be normal soon and you will again have twin pack . . .

"Ink" me in to buy this again!
I was able to find the product easily in the store. I like the fact that I can recycle old cartriges and actually get money for doing it!

It's black ink - can't print without it
As far as black ink goes it works well. Tried generic replacement catridges - lots of issues - clogged smeared or not recognized by my printer. The HP cartridges have worked right out of the box about 99% of the time. When they don't work better return them quickly or no refund or replacement. If returned in a timely fashion bad cartridges are replaced 'no questions as...

Just OK
I wish they had a three pack two color and one black. I replace two color cartridges to every black cartridge I use. The only reason I bought a HP printer is it is quieter than the Epsom and slower.

This cartridge has good color performance.
It seems like I am replacing it pretty frequently, though. I have not tried other color cartridges, so I can't really say, for sure, that it does not perform well for long enough.
