MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

Color ink for my printer
Good product but why is it so expensive? So many people are losing jobs or have low paying jobs and need their printers for resumes etc. Why do you charge so much for ink?

The ink does not last as long as it used to. i am paying more and getting less.

Used to be good--last one had no RED !
HP is getting sloppy. No red in the last cartridge we bought. Sometimes the black ink doesn't seem full.
