MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

This quit working after 10 pages.
This is the first time I had problem with the cartridge. Staples store manager was nice enough to replace the bad cartridge.

this cartridge has flaws
Some cartridges work fine others report being empty before they are and an occasional one just won't work at all. Expensive!
