MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

Too little ink falls far short of 400 p
Soon I hope someone develops a competing product that is of HP quality but cheaper or has more ink!!

Reliability Always
Why waste money and risk your equipment using copies of the original. Use HP products in HP products.

I buy it because I have too
Folks, this is ink not 30 yr old scotch, why on earth is it so expensive. It's almost cheaper to buy a printer than the ink. This stuff should be $3-5 tops. Charge what it's worth and just look at all the money you'll save on anti-theft packs

its real ink not like the cheap ones you find for half price and it looks cheap n not last long like this one

Nice clean color
I have used HP products for a long time and their inks are in my opinion extremely good for average usage.

HP 97 Tricolor Ink Cartridge
Great Quality but so expensive I don't feel like I am treated fairly when I purchase one. The price is so skewed to the high end that I am seriously considering moving to a different brand printer with more reasonably priced ink.

too much price and not enough ink
I have three printers and this ink cartridge is used primarily for photo printing. It doesn't last as long as advertised and is really too expenseive. If I had another option I would take it.

Way to expensive ...
I am planning on buying a Kodac or other less expesive machine that the toner is less costly. There is no reason for this high price. I print 100s of CD lables and most are in color and it cost me profit to use this toner.
