Good quality HP tri-color ink cartridge
I went to a Staples Store and the cashier, a very nice guy helped me order the ink cartridge online. The order arrived the next day and it was well packed. I installed the tri-color ink cartridge in my printer and it worked well.

I like your product but you never promote it, I.e. put it on special. If you had it on special once in a while, I would probably purchase more at a time.

Expensive ink cartridges!
Your ink cartridges are 4 x the price of those I ordered online! Staples didn’t have the exact cartridge I wanted either and I had to buy a sub. That’s the last ink cartridges I will ever buy from Staples!

HP 98 print cartridge
I used this print cartridge as a replacement for HP96 since they were no longer available anywhere. There appeared to be no problems when using as a replacement and print quality was excellent. My only complaint would be that it is smaller in size and I would think it would therefor contain less ink.

Great replacement for 95
For a business owner that takes care of his equipment, losing the black print cartridge for a long-used printed was not what I had in mind. With the 98 replacement, I avoid buying a new printer.

Although the customer service was excellent at this “Staples Store”: Yet my black toner HP95 was half-filled. Therefore I intend to return it for another replacement or for a full refund.

Mixed review: 2 stars for cost
The HP ink cartridge being replaced still had ink which had apparently dried up and was no longer usable. However the color cartridges purchased with the “bundle” still have ink and print well. The expiration date of the “bad” cartridge is almost impossible to locate and the HP customer service person did not provide help: he tried to sell me a new printer. Thanks...
