MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

Good performance
Overall satisfaction with performance of this product Biggest con is the expense.

Not enough ink for the money
I take a lot of family photos therefore I print a lot of photos at home. The color holds up well but the ink runs out much too fast. I can never get more than 20-25 (8X10) photos out of a cartridge of ink. Much too expensive. I'm in the market to buy a printer that uses less ink. Other than the expense I love HP products.

I buy it cause it works great!!!
I copy and print all the time. The ink prints clean and legible. I wouldn't continue to buy it if it didn't work well. I've had my printer quite a few years and the ink compartment is still clean not the case with other brands of ink.

I use this product on my personal computer doing newsletters for a church ministry. It works well. I average 900 pages; 75 copies or more for 12 pages front and back every quarter when the newletter is due. That usually means I'm using anywhere from 5 to 15 ink cartridges depending on the subject matter and pictures being used in the newsletter. The color last much l...

This doesn't last as long as it should!
I have always been pleased with HP products. But I think they have started putting less ink in these cartridges. My useage has not increased but my trips to purchase ink has.

HP Ink hp97
The cart has been great for printing pictures on photo paper. No special settings are needed and the colors are wonderful.

Yeilds low number of prints
If you are looking for printer to print 2-5 pages daily this is not the printer for you. Never get close to 200 pages. I print mostly black and white with no more that 2-3 paragraphs and get 50% less print than cartridge shows. The color yeild is much worst. If you need a printer for more than 1-2 pages a day - find another printer. I am trading mine in as soon as I see...
