Good quality HP tri-color ink cartridge
I went to a Staples Store and the cashier, a very nice guy helped me order the ink cartridge online. The order arrived the next day and it was well packed. I installed the tri-color ink cartridge in my printer and it worked well.

HP Always delivers Quallity

Ran dry way faster than the after-market
Like I said it ran out way too fast. Also the color quality from the after-market product I use is just as good.

Inconsistent
I have had two cartridges in the last six months that have ceased to print properly when the cartridges were still at least three quarters full. I do not think this was due to a fault in my printer because I have not had trouble with the 98 and 99 cartridges.

HP 97 Tricolor Ink Cartridge
This is the only cartridge I ever used therfore I cannot compare it with other products but since I am satisfied wit it I have no desire to look for others.
