MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

1. The product is just too expensive especially because it doesn't last very long!

Cheap printer, ridiculous ink price con
overpriced to the point of ridiculousness, part of a pricing trick which is typical of business practices in the dishonorable environment we all are forced to live in.

HP 98 Leaks
cartridge does not have enough in it and no one can see if its full or half full though what's always full is the price. Change cartridge to clear/see through so we know we're not getting screwed. Create means to clean up leakage on printer.

Very reliable and high-quality product
The 95 cartridge that I purchased which this survey is related to replacing an almost new one that had some sort of sporadic malfunction error that would curtail printing. This is the first 95 cartridge that I have ever purchased that failed.

Good Product
I can't complain about the quality of the product. Printing is sharp installation is a breeze. However -- for the price I wish the cartridge lasted longer.

Reliable to the end
I'm Secretary of a Condo Association and print a lot of signs fliers newsletters etc. and the colors are always sharpe and bright. The only thing I do not like about the product is that the colors tend to fade fast when the cartridge is getting very low.

Crisp true color in Inkjet Cartridge
I use this ink cartridge for printing maps out of mapquest photos from my digital camera and professional looking documents for church and Sunday School classes.
