MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

This product is fantastic.
My printer will not work without it. The black does not last long because I use it more but the color keeps it going until I get another black cartridge I just use the blue ink. I belive it is a fantastic product. Better than discount cartridges offered on the Web at discount prices. Makes it worth it's expense.

Expensive sharp ink level ind wrong
Rated average because the ink level indicators says you're out way before you actually are and for the number of copies you get it's expensive.

Works as it should
I bought this rather than the larger capacity one because I thought there might be a problem with the printer (there was not). If you use the color regularly the larger capacity one (mine uses a 97) would be a better buy.

Seems none last as long as they should
I do a lot of printing for non profit organizations and seems the cartridge doesn't last long enough but you have no other choice. They need a competitor so they will bring the price down. One good thing is you can recycle your used cartridges and get a $3 credit for each used cartridge.
