MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

HP INK
Ink in general is a rip off. IMO. Way too expensive. But you have to have it so they can charge almost whatever they want.

I would buy this product again
I think HP products are some of the best on the market. I do think they are pricey but I still won't buy anything else for my HP printer/scanner/copy/photosmart

You asked and I am telling. This printer copier fax with this cartridge?? Well I will never never own another HP product because I have purchased this a year ago and I have never been able to use the fax and the copier only prints one way and the cartridge is like water and needs replaced all the time. I will continue to buy the HP94.
I believe the price is right for the high page yield as opposed to "refilled" cartridges. You can trust this brand to deliver high quality always!

I will buy this product again!
I use this product to print photos only. It is fantastic. On bright white photo paper it sure does make a difference. Friends have asked me how much I paid for prints that I have printed myself.

Not enough ink in this product
I make more use of my hp 390 printer with the cartridge that has an extra large ink capacity.

The first thing I printed was an e-book that had many photos on black backgrounds. This over-taxed the cartridge and I frequently got the message "black cartridge is low - replace it." There was a lot of fading on the black after this. However I have been able to print out numerous black ink documents since that time with clarity. So it is good for normal black docume...
