Good quality HP tri-color ink cartridge
I went to a Staples Store and the cashier, a very nice guy helped me order the ink cartridge online. The order arrived the next day and it was well packed. I installed the tri-color ink cartridge in my printer and it worked well.

I buy it cause it works great!!!
I copy and print all the time. The ink prints clean and legible. I wouldn't continue to buy it if it didn't work well. I've had my printer quite a few years and the ink compartment is still clean not the case with other brands of ink.

Not enough ink for the money
I take a lot of family photos therefore I print a lot of photos at home. The color holds up well but the ink runs out much too fast. I can never get more than 20-25 (8X10) photos out of a cartridge of ink. Much too expensive. I'm in the market to buy a printer that uses less ink. Other than the expense I love HP products.

I print photos on Photosmart 475 printer. Love the bright colors. Wish cartridge could print more photos.

I would buy this again and again
I have tried other brands of ink and nothing stand up to the HP brand. The other brands were not as crisp and deep as the HP brand black ink is. I wish the price was lower.
