MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

Wrong ink cartridge
I ordered the wrong ink cartridge. Online said my Envy 5000 printer took cartridge 94 it is actually 65. Not happy

Hard to Find product
Great price on a hard to get items. Will be using them soon as they are back up to the ones about used up at this point in time.

HP 97 Tri-Color Ink Cartridge (C9363WN)
What I like about it is I have been using this cartridge for several years but have recently heard that HP is fazing this particular item and from my understanding there is no replacement for it but you can buy a replacement printer that uses the XL cartridges.

The ink is fine
It works fine as I expect from HP. The cost is high. I considered getting a new multifunction printer with lower cost ink but this one works perfectly well except it does not have Bluetooth or hands free double sided printing or a feeder for multiple originals.

Ink Delivery
HP 94 Black Ink Cartridge was not in-store on a Friday. I decided to have it delivered to my home. It arrived on Monday as expected. My only concern is that indivually packaged it had usually been available. I did not want to spend extra on a twin package (1 bw and 1 color).

Good as always.
I've never had any problems with my HP ink. I usually by the twin packs 98/95 but i guess i did more printing this time than color.

How do you review an ink cartridge?
Well I guess it’s fine. It worked but did not solve my printer printing like junk. So I guess I’ll be buying a new printer soon.
