Good quality HP tri-color ink cartridge
I went to a Staples Store and the cashier, a very nice guy helped me order the ink cartridge online. The order arrived the next day and it was well packed. I installed the tri-color ink cartridge in my printer and it worked well.

Expensive but NEEDED
Not sure why this cartridge is no longer available 'in store' but ordering it while in the store was easy and shipment immediate. All around great service.

Black and colo cartridges
My printer refuses to work right if I don't use the factory new cartridges. They're expensive but the generic cartridges just won't work right.

First time problem
Cartridge received very timely, but the cartridge did not work in my Deskjet 6988 as noted on the order window. I went to the customer service chat line and got the issue resolved without any problem. Service was very satisfactory. HP 94 did not work in my HP Deskjet 6988 as advertised.

Had to settle for more $$ and less ink
the HP ink works but it is not a replacement for the high capacity cartridge it replaces the small cartridge. I also went to the store to buy the Staples Red Line cartridge which should have been the high capacity. Inkjet black ink cartridge is junk.
I purchased a black inkjet cartridge and it does not work at all. No ink comes out of it. It is a total waste of money. .it is the correct part number. Just does not work. I will buy an off brand to replace it. They probably will work.
