Good quality HP tri-color ink cartridge
I went to a Staples Store and the cashier, a very nice guy helped me order the ink cartridge online. The order arrived the next day and it was well packed. I installed the tri-color ink cartridge in my printer and it worked well.

received bad cartridges
I bought a black and a tri-color cartridge. Never had a problem before but something is not right this time. Every time I try to print something in gray scale it starts out in gray scale and half way through the image turns to all bright green ink. Works great, sharp printing
I used to refill my own cartridges multiple times, until HP took that option away with a software "upgrade". These work great in my PSC1600, they just cost a lot more than a refill.

I have been using the HP 95 cartridge for as long as I have had my printer. I have had the printer about four or five years. All copies come out nice and neat and clean.

trouble
it keeps giving me a message that something is wrong with the cartridge. It is 100% hp product. What is the deal. I am looking at flashing red light and it will not print due to the cartridge. I have tried turning it off and removing the cartridges and replacing them but still same message

HP 96 Black
It would be nice if the store stocked the HP 96 Black. They stock the HP 97 color but never the HP 96 Black. Need black more often then color and have to order online every time. I have made the suggestion to everyone at the store.

HP95 Tricolor Cartridge
It works very well and am just sorry that Staples doesn't carry this with the black cartridge like you use to do. It lasts a little bit longer than before.
