MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

Only Staples carries the singles...
Staples so far is my office go to store...in this case it is the only one that carries the product singularly while other stores scared only carry the colour and the black as a packaged deal...although a rival store carried it at 4 dollars cheaper no other stores in my area carry the singles...this I resent and at least Staples to the rescue...the fault is with the comp...

Works well
Good product. I like the convenience of ordering online and excellent shipping time. It saves me time gas and hassle of going to get it.

HP 97 Is OK but......
Page count is low especially if a large volume of pages is printed quickly. With infrequent use the carteidge does seem to last and does not dry up between uses.

Excellent product!
HP inks never let me down page count is always just about spot on colors are matched very well with my designs it never clogs or "spits" - I have two HP printers and I am a loyal customer for a good reason: they work every time.

1ST TIME DISAPPOINTED . . .
Product is fine but this is the 1st time ever I tried to purchase a twin pack and was told "Sold Out" and that was that . . . Are you kidding ? HP97 is quite popular and hard to believe it was not on backorder . . . I ordered the single cartridge for now but assume all will be normal soon and you will again have twin pack . . .

"Ink" me in to buy this again!
I was able to find the product easily in the store. I like the fact that I can recycle old cartriges and actually get money for doing it!

It's black ink - can't print without it
As far as black ink goes it works well. Tried generic replacement catridges - lots of issues - clogged, smeared or not recognized by my printer. The HP cartridges have worked right out of the box about 99% of the time. When they don't work better return them quickly or no refund or replacement. If returned in a timely fashion bad cartridges are replaced 'no questions as...

This cartridge has good color performance.
It seems like I am replacing it pretty frequently though. I have not tried other color cartridges so I can't really say for sure that it does not perform well for long enough.

Gives good bright images works well with differenct colored paper. the cost was exception with the credit given by Staples. Print doesn"t run or smear. Great successs with this product
Color works extremely well for my camp certificates especially with the photos we insert into the document. Clear crisp and brilliant.

A dependable product
I use this ink for printing photos and use this brand exclusively. Very dependable accurate color representation
