Good quality HP tri-color ink cartridge
I went to a Staples Store and the cashier, a very nice guy helped me order the ink cartridge online. The order arrived the next day and it was well packed. I installed the tri-color ink cartridge in my printer and it worked well.

Hard to Find
I use this with my old work horse printer HP Deskjet 6940. Since my printer is old they are getting harder to find. I cannot buy them and have them delivered anymore from Staples I have to go to the store. I usually call to see if they have them first. It may be a race of who gives out first...my printer...or not being able to get this particular cartridge.

Short Life
I purchased this cartridge to replace a HP96/98 cartridge I had purchased in Spokane WA in the beginning of June. For some reason I was getting a cartridge error on my HP 100 portable printer. The reason I replaced it in June was because the black was smudging.

Replaces HP 96
Glad to have found a replacement cartridge. I tried an online remanufactured cartridge. It didn't work! The HP 98 was at my conveniently located Staples store.

HP 97 Tri-Color ink cartridge arrived two days after I ordered. Glad it was mailed inside a box so there was no damaged. The expiration date is April 2024 which is good since I don't need to replace the ink right away. Thank you.

Preferred HP 96 Unavailable
HP 94 contains much less ink and cost per page is higher. Staples brand is unavailable too. Sad. Next time I will purchase refills elsewhere.

HP works well
I’ve had my HP printer for at least 11 years and have always used HO inks. Never had a problem with printer or ink cartridges.

The Blue Cartiridge was Defect
I installed the color that was low and then screen came up other color low. I installed a new blue cartridge is was still low. I future when I buy new machine will look for brand that guarantee's cartridges or I can self fill.
