Great product, right price, long expiration date
I purchased 3 HP 95 cartridges directly from HP. The price was the same as at popular retailers, shipping was free, and the expiration date is longer than what one normally finds at retailers, which means the product is fresher.

printer won't print
The printer did print a test sheet, but now won't print my documents.
The message reads that the door is open, but I can
't find an open door. I'm at this location temporariy so
have borrowed this printer.

Good quality, reasonably priced
The cartridges are easy to replace, even for someone like me who isn't good with computers, and the print quality is consistently good.

Ease of use!!
I have a home based consulting firm, I need my ink ready and available, and even if the [$] refills sound good, I have not seen where they last longer than the originals. Of course I always return them for recycling.
